Softball returned to the Alabama State Games in 2025 after a decade-long hiatus, and the response was overwhelming. In its return, 67 teams from across the Southeast competed for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. Building on that momentum, the 2026 Alabama State Games Softball Tournament is set to be even bigger, with plans to host more than 100 teams.
